E-SAFETY TALKS BY KARL HOPWOOD

Karl Hopwood, leading international e-safety specialist, holds talks at St John’s Beaumont for boys, parents and staff

During the current times, when we are all spending prolonged periods of time online, it is even more crucial to be alert to the dangers that are lurking around us in this massively connected world.

Karl is a former headmaster and now a leading e-safety specialist. He is a member of the UK Council for Internet Safety and sits on Twitter’s Trust and Safety Council and the Roblox Trust and Safety Advisory Board. 

Karl’s talk did not only touch on hazards online and how to keep your sons safe but the worrying increase of cyberbullying and its consequences.
