A striped purple and white popcorn container holds a mix of popcorn and various Halloween-themed gummy candies, including a gummy brain and severed fingers, with colorful straws sticking out.Once again, our wonderful Friends of St John’s organised the annual Halloween Bake-Off, which saw an amazing display of baking talent from our boys and parents.

It was Mr Delaney’s difficult task to judge the entries and nominate a winner each for Pre-Prep, Middle and Upper School.

Gingerbread cookies decorated like zombies, wearing blue jerseys with SJB written on them. They have stitched mouths, red icing for blood, and some have limbs or heads decorated as detached. Theyre on a silver tray. After much consideration, the winners were crowned and the cakes are now available to be sold for charity at the end of the school day.

Also on offer is the SJB freshly pressed apple juice from our very own apple trees, made by our boarders.

Enjoy browsing through the deliciously scary treats!
