All donated items are hand sorted. Parents are asked to donate only clean items that are in good nick. Where this hasn’t happened, the volunteers wash the items at home and any items that are not fit for resale (holes, stains, significant wear, etc.) are donated to other charities or recycled. Only quality items in good condition are offered in the NNUS for re-sale.

We are incredibly grateful to the team of FSJB volunteers that run our Nearly New Uniform Shop (NNUS) providing an excellent service to our parent community and raising money for our charities.

What is the quality of NNUS items?
How can I get uniform pieces from the NNUS?
Parents are able to visit the NNUS shop on a weekly basis, each Friday between 8 and 10 am.
The shop is now located downstairs from the portacabin (brown wood-clad building), to the right of the Sports Hall. Please enter the shop via the playground side of the portacabin, behind the table tennis tables. You will see the sign on the door for the NNUS.
Parents do not need to sign in at reception. Please park at the tennis courts, NOT in the turning circle.
How do I pay for my order?
For in-store purchases, only credit cards will be accepted.
What if I want to replace an item with a different size?
Returns are not possible as we have no refund capabilities. As such, you can exchange for a different size or receive a store credit.
What are the procedures if my child is a Boarder?
The NNUS volunteers will endeavour to open the shop at a convenient time prior to your child’s commencement. Alternatively, please contact the Admissions office who will co-ordinate with the Boarding Team to organise uniform requirements.
The NNUS team will then provide a copy of the invoice to the school office to add to your next school invoice.
Who runs the NNUS?
The NNUS is run by a team of volunteer parents who will do their best to provide you with the best quality uniform pieces.
How do I donate uniform items to NNUS?
On Friday mornings, as you drop your child to school, you can leave all donations in the NNUS marked bins, which will be placed outside in the drop-off turning circle. Please donate only cleaned items, in good condition and please remove all labels with your child’s name.
