NHS NASAL FLU IMMUNISATION PROGRAMME FOR PUPILS IN RECEPTION TO YEAR 7 – FRIDAY 9^th OCTOBER 2020

Uploaded to Parent Portal is a letter from the West Surrey Immunisation Team regarding the national influenza immunisation programme for this Winter with a link to the e-consent form. Our School’s URN number is SR125404.

The closing date for e-consent is 4 pm on Thursday 1st October.

Please note that our School Nurses are not involved in this programme and any questions should be directed to the Immunisation Team using the contact details in the letter. 

If your son attends our Nursery or is in Y8 (Rudiments) and you believe he requires a flu vaccination, please contact your GP for advice.

Y8 Boarders – as in previous years, we are expecting that the flu vaccination will be offered to all boarders who do not fit the age range for the programme above. Once the School Doctor has confirmed details, the School Nurse will contact you.
