Absence due to Illness

If your son will be off school due to illness, please complete the form below. Please refrain from emailing your son’s class teacher to report an absence as it may be that they cannot check their emails until after registration.  Thank you.

If you need to request a leave of absence for important medical or educational appointments (like visiting Senior Schools or interviews), please fill in the following form:

Note about collections outside pick-up hours:

Should the person collecting your child change from the details you note on this form, please ensure that you contact Reception to advise them (01784 432428). ID will be requested for any person collecting your child that is not known to the school.

When collecting your son from school, he will be asked to wait for you in the corridor behind Reception.  When you arrive at School please call Reception and they will send your son to meet you just outside the front door.  They will then sign him out.
